The Mafia 1 Remake is a massive game. Well, in all fairness, the predecessor wasn’t a small game either. Back then, it was breaking records for a big storyline with an enormous open world.
Not to mention all the side missions, collectibles, and interactions inside it. The game story revolves around the character Tommy Angelo and his hardship as a mafia member.
Twenty years of his life are divided into chapters. But, how many chapters are there in the Mafia Definitive Edition?
Mafia Definitive Edition – How Many Chapters are in Storymode
Each chapter in Mafia 1 Remake has a remarkable story and will test your mafia skills in many ways. Each chapter is unique and different in longevity.
Some chapters will require more time to pass, while others are easily doable in under 20 minutes. On top of the chapters, there is a prologue and an epilogue.
In Mafia Definitive Edition, there are 20 chapters in total.
Like I said above, the story spans over quite a several years, and below I have outlined each chapter to its corresponding year:
- The year 1930
There are four chapters in this year. Chapters 1-4 are all happening in the year 1930.
The chapters are:
- “An Offer You Can’t Refuse.”
- “Running Man”
- “Molotov Party”
- “Ordinary Routine”
- The year 1932
The year 1932 has the chapters from 5 to 8.
These chapters are:
- “A Trip to The Country”
- “Visiting Rich People”
- “Great Deal”
- The year 1935
Like the two years mentioned above, 1935 also has four chapters.
- “Bon Appetit”
- “Happy Birthday”
- “You Lucky Bastard”
- “Crème de la Crème.”
- The year 1938
And finally, the last years of the storyline, which have the most fun chapters.
- “Election Campaign”
- “Just for Relaxation”
- “The Death of Art”
Even though some chapters are much more exciting than others, they all hold the original Mafia 1 spark close to their heart.
The game is beautifully remastered, and the developers have done a great job of keeping the story as original as possible. If you plan to play the 20 chapters again, you won’t be disappointed!
