You will encounter some interesting challenges on your adventures in Baldur’s Gate 3. There are very interesting mechanics and aspects in the game, that make it unbelievably good.
There are millions of puzzles, traps, hidden paths, secret doorways, and many others. You will encounter a puzzle in the Bedchamber area. You won’t be able to open an ornate door, to progress further.
But worry not, because we will tell you exactly how to open the Bedchamber ornate door in Baldur’s Gate 3.
Baldur’s Gate 3 – How to Open Bedchamber Ornate Door
Mind you not all the doors will be impossible to open, some will have something you have to do, but most of them are opened regularly, i.e. by interacting with them.
The door I’m talking about hasn’t got any locks or handles to be opened. This no-locks door leads to a room which will take you to the Dank Crypt.
This is how to open the Bedchamber ornate door:
- Go to the wizard statue at X: -173 Y: -359.
- Behind the statue, you will see a skull. Click it.
- Check if the door has opened.
It’s as easy as that. However, the skull is a really weird lever, it takes some time to find it. Most are under the impression that it is a regular skull.
You can loot around the statue, but there is not much there. The only things I found was a couple of candles even though there are quite a few chests there.
The plaque in front of the statue cannot be read, since it’s foreign language and your characters don’t understand it.
The appearance of this “secret” door is the same as any other ornate door at the Bedchamber, apart from it not having any handles or locks. Good luck with opening it!
